50 y.o male presented with 1 episode of painless frank haematuria. What would be the next step for investigation?

  1. Urine MCS and US
  2. Urine MCS and MRI
  3. FBC, US and CT scan
  4. Do nothing and advised him to return if it happens again
  5. Arrange cystoscopy
